“I don't normally buy things like this but in desperation, I did. Hallelujah that I did because in less than 2 weeks, my stomach has settled right down. Nothing else has worked. I've gone from thinking about my tummy issues and discomfort all day, everyday for 4 years to not thinking about it at all because now there is no issue! Such relief! Amazing product! “I have reordered the vanilla and chocolate protein shake bundle about 4 times now, it's a really excellent product. Perfect for my morning breakfast protein shake with frozen banana and spinach. I love that it has additional FODMAP friendly fibre and probiotics to help with the bloating and I notice a real difference in how I'm feeling after consistently having it every day.”

“I am new to Superflora so have not been using it for long. I am 66 years young and just feel as though my digestive system needs a little help. Some foods I eat I feel as though they just get stuck and I feel terrible for days after. I decided I just wanted to give my gut a rest and forgo a meal here and there. That is when I came across Superflora. I can replace solid foods with a very nutritious and delicious drink instead. Not losing nutrition is important because of my age and general health. And more important is I just love the taste of the powders, especially the vanilla. If I manage to lose weight along the way it will be an added benefit to me. I highly recommend Superflora.”

“I love this product! It's the only shake that has not affected my gut afterwards. I have IBS and follow a mostly Low FODMAP diet. It's a staple and I have it for breakfast most mornings. Blended with water, ice and a banana. Amazing”

“I have only been using this product for 3 weeks. I have been using it as a meal supplement. I am using lactose free milk and Strawberries and Blackberries in a shake for breakfast. Also folling FODMAP diet. I have seen a big difference already. No more bloating or cramps in my stomach. Diarrhoea has also stopped. A little bit of constipation which I am trying to solve naturally. Great product.”

Can we suggest having extra water to help with the constipation? This is needed when you take in extra fibre, like the fibre in the shakes. Best wishes, Mary
