“My go to every day for lunch is a superflora shake alternating Strawberry, Vanilla and Chocolate. 50g superflora 200ml LF milk, 50ml water, 1tblspn LF yoghurt, then I alternate each day with either strawberries, banana or blueberries. My favourite is Chocolate Shake as above with blueberries. No bloating tummy.”

“I've spent decades trying to normalise my tummy troubles. Getting the right balance to be regular has always been tricky with IBS but with Superflora shakes it has become possible with no painful bloating or uncomfortable sqelchy gut noises. And they are all delicious.”
