“This review is based on your customer service. I would like to say the service I received from Sam was excellent when my first parcel was stolen from my front door which I was able to evidence.
Sam was it extremely accommodating and made the replacement process possible.
He turned a very frustrated customer into a happy customer and I cannot applaud his positive approach and attitude enough.
As for the loo roll I am yet to try them as I brought more prior to the replacement delivery.
In terms of delivery my second lot was delivered via dpd who knocked at my door and waited for an answer as opposed to amazon who just left it on the doorstep in full view of the road and it was subsequently stolen.”
