“Wore them all afternoon & well into the night and they didn’t hurt my feet at all even after going to a smaller size.
The shoes were great & I got lots of great compliments on them.
What I was very unhappy about was the staff member I purchased them off. She didn’t even care that we walked into the store, I knew what I wanted but wanted to try them on, after trying a size 7 I thought I could perhaps go down a size & I had to excuse myself to talk to the sales assistant as she was on her phone, she looked really annoyed that I was interrupting her phone time & she had to actually do her job a get a size for me. She then placed the shoes on the counter & said there you go & went back to her phone ignoring another customer in store. Besides the lack of customer service, her outfit was disgusting, showing off her midsection was extremely unprofessional & made me uncomfortable as did the fact that her pants were see through to the point you could clearly see her underwear. I have worked in the retail sector in different stores for many years, her behaviour & personal dress were truely atrocious, if I didn’t have an event on & knew the shoes I purchased could have been purchased at a different location I would have happily left without the purchase at all. This experience has made me question returning to this store & potentially to Novo all at.”
