“Very disappointed! 6 weeks after purchasing my first pair & only on the 4th time wearing these they broke in half.
I took them back to Novo only to be told they won’t do anything about it as it’s been longer than 4 weeks since I purchased them. They weren’t interested in the fact that I’d purchased them for a holiday & didn’t wear them for the first four weeks!
