“Trousers and waistcoats were good. Trousers quite long, needed shortening. Original white shirts to match were unusable as the red from the ties had stained them!
Two replacements were included in the order, different make, which were fine, but no apology or explanation. Needless to say we didn’t use the ties, which meant a replacement cost.”
