“Son's trousers zip has broken,when the time he tried initially ..I sent few emails by asking the return procedure..by sying I need another one,with same size in same colour ..our function is in14th July..but no one respond yet.tried to call many time..but no one answer the phone..therefore I would like to say poor customer service”
