“The team at occasion wear are very efficient, informative and most importantly they care about their customers. I ordered a 5 to 6 years old dress. They didn’t have it in stock when they are ready to ship the item to me they got in touch with me immediately to let me know. They gave me the option to get the size below or the size above. I didn’t respond and they sent another follow-up email to let me know that they are waiting on my respond to process my order for shipment. The moment I got back in touch with them the following day the dress was with me and how amazing you get a free gift with your order. Address are true to their size. I ended up taking the 4 to 5 years old and I’m happy I did because the agent who was emailing me had said that the dress runs big that was great advice I did take the 4 to 5 years old because the 5 to 6 would’ve been too big.
