“Heating works well, the 'smart' system works better than I expected. Basically you set it to a specific comfortable temperature and then it will measure the temperature at your body and adjust heating accordingly. So if you're moving a lot of wearing a thick jacket, or it's not that cold outside, it will heat less, and vice versa. Very comfortable heat.
Two minor downsides:
- Fit is very tight, which helps with heating, but I'm quite skinny, so might be too tight for bigger people. Freedom of movement is excellent though, doesn't feel restrained.
- Pocket for the battery is very small and it's difficult to get the battery in there when you're already wearing the garment. A zippered pocket like on the I-Thermic jacket would have been more convenient.
Overall very well made, heating works great, app works fine (don't have to use it after first setup if you don't want to).”
