“I knew the product I was after. Ordering it online was fairly easy. The only downside was the added product options not having any descriptions and in some cases no image eg. Soft castors, I’m guessing those are for wooden floors? What are glides? And what is a seat slide … I may have wanted to add that option :) Other than those little things, all good. Also, don’t try to put the chair together if you are already injured you will feel worse:( Delivery was outstanding. And Kudos to the lovely courier driver that came to the back door and dropped it inside, relieving me of any heavy lifting, that box is heavy!! :) Thank you.”
“Very nice and comfortable. Was a bit weighty to move in to the house, but once in and reassembled, great. For my own comfort I wish it could tilt the squab back a bit more than it does. Great value for money! AAA”
