“Test was easy to use. Directions simple to follow and mail in easy. Would recommend this product. Only downside is if you lose your code from the box and didn’t sign up online to get your results you are out of luck. I spent a lot of money for nothing. No results and no way to get the answer from the test.”

“I like that I now have knowledge to which bacteria are deficient, but I was hoping to be able to know what probiotics to buy according to my results. I took a quiz and it recommended the ultimate bottle, so I ordered 3. Come to find out later those bottles don't have a single strain of what I lack. I should have done my homework better instead of trusting what I realize now was just a random quiz that had nothing to do with my actual gut health. I felt like this was misleading. Plus I don't want to buy multiple bottles to get different results. I want one bottle packed with everything or one pill catered to my specific deficiencies. I do like the recommendations of foods to avoid and eat to help with my specific bacteria. This seems like it is the most helpful part. In the future, I might just buy a probiotic from the local health food store and look at the strains compared to my results.”
