“I was looking for a navy blue duchess satin yo match a brocade I dkready had and was amazed when I came across this . I rang for a sample that arrived within 2 days, and I immediately ordered the 4 metres I needed for my project - a full-length mermaid skirt to complement a jacket I'd made from the brocade. It arrived within the week and I was very impressed by it. It's a lovely weight and will take the flair of the skirt well. I haven't sewn it up yet, but I have cut it out. If I give any advice, it's to make sure, if you buy this fabric, that you have fine sharp pins. I had a bit of trouble pinning the pattern pieces onto it. I am impressed by this company's promptness in dispatching my order and will have no qualms ordering from them again.”
