“The hook is sturdy, and it fits my fat bike perfectly. However, the coating on the hook is a plastic that is as strong as I wish it were. Even carefully putting my bike on the hook, the plastic tore within the first few uses. HOWEVER, the customer service team immediately sent me a new one when I contacted them. So, if you experience the same challenge, Park Tools will make it right.”
