“This seems to be exactly what I need. I am a bike owner with several bikes in the family and will be using the stand for maintenance and minor upgrades - - not daily or even weekly, and not stripping the bike down to a bare frame and rebuilding it. My shop space has to handle other work, like home maintenance and my wife's plant pressing hobby. The day I got this bench mount repair stand, I used it to swap the handlebars on an old bike, a job that included new brake levers, cables & cable housings. The stand held the bike exactly as I needed, and operating the stand's clamp was intuitive and easy. When the job was done, I took the stand off my workbench and put it away to make room for a cabinet drawer project that was next up. Definitely a huge improvement as far as convenience and ergonomics as I work on my own bikes.”
