“Just receive these set of tools today. It comes in a cylinder box with all the tools in it. The packaging is very well done and the tools are brand new. Unfortunately, the size 13 wrench is bend and I am surprised such standard can pass the high Park Tool QC test.”

That one does look a bit off. Box end wrenches need an angle at the end, however. We do not use the "standing" test. Submit a warranty claim through our contact page, and include your shipping information.

“Not a fan of the cheap flaky chrome coating on these, I started to use them and noticed they were flaking off. Doesn’t affect the tool use but does make them look trashy and am worried about them rusting quickly because of it.”

“Strong and comfortable and right sized in hand to component. Excellent when needed to tighten two bolts on opposite sides especially with ratchet and with other side a fixed bolt or screw which of course necessitates another Park wrench/driver. Wrench set very compatible to other high/industrial grade wrenches and again, worth the expenditure.”
