Top quality. Especially like the push button to put socket on & off. No sloppy connection.

This item was on my son's Christmas wish list and he was pleased to see that I had bought it (and actually got the right one!).

Why are these backwards? I mean, every ratchet I've ever owned with a flippy switch has it to the left for tighty, and to the right for loosey. Which makes total sense, because if you flip it to the left, you're flipping it clockwise, and to the right, it's anti clockwise. The flip movement of the switch followed the movement of the clock. But not park. Noooo, youse guys have to be backwards. I've had this ratchet for months, and still flip it the wrong way every time I pick it up. And multiple times while using it. I'm sure park made a mistake with their first batch of ratchets, but we're just too stubborn to admit it, and instead, said "well, we're the bike tool experts. We know what we're doing. Every other ratchet ever made is wrong, not us..." C'mon guys, just own up to your mistake and fix the damn thing already....

From my use of using it for the past 5 days I put this thing through the ringer and held up great. The only thing I notice is that it is not a 90 tooth 3/8 ratchet as to compared a gearwrench 3/8 ratchet it would be 90 tooth. Basically what 90 tooth is that it creates a smaller arc swing. This is helpful in real tight spaces. But over all this ratchet is well built and can with stand harsh conditions
