“I am a lot of things, but handy with tools is not one of them. So you can be sure I knew nothing about chasing damaged crank threads before I got started. Same time, I absolutely crushed it this week watching youtube bike repair videos. Picked up the Tap 6 after trying to install pedals on my new mtb. Left pedal went on easily enough but I cross-threaded the right one. The Tap 6 ended up working like a charm in fixing the damaged threads and saved the day. This was almost too easy for this bike repair neophyte. And you know what Park Tools? I'm feeling damn good about myself right now. To be a bit more serious, it truly is a great tool! Now I can finally hit some trails after five days of my new bike just sitting in the corner of my office looking all sad and awkward with only one pedal.”
