“This order was a replacement for my first order which leaked through the box and felt close to room temperature. The second arrived in much better condition, not frozen solid, but still slushy feeling. This is my issue. I don't think the second arriving in better condition had anything to do with Pasturebird. The fact is they took almost a week and a half to ship the second one out. It did not ship until a Wed. afternoon, and sat in a warehouse over the weekend. Had the weather been warmer we would be faced with the same issue. During the warmer months I do not feel comfortable ordering from them. When I asked about getting it sent out at the beginning of the week, they told me they have enough dry ice to make it there in good condition. This was not my experience, even in April. Unfortunately, I will try to find a different vendor, as their shipping is not reliable. The chicken was good though. I tried to resolve the issue, and don't know why they could not just ship on a Monday or Tuesday, like all the other places.”
“The boneless chicken breast has a really good taste. It tastes differnt from "store chicken". You can make so many tasty dishes with it. I have just been enjoying it cooked with salt and pepper. When you can just use salt and pepper and it tastes great you know it is good!”

Chicken breast are cut poorly and the wings are terribly butchered. I have gotten pieces that should have been scrapped. It’s my only wish that the meat would look like what you prepare for the markets”
