“This is my first time buying from and trying Pasturebird chicken. I bought the 1lb packages of ground white meat. It is GREAT! I made a chicken meatloaf with 2 of the packages as my first try. I like meat cooked very well, so I was wondering if it would turn out really dry. It did not! The taste was wonderful and the texture was moist even though I cooked it well! I will absolutely buy it again-and buy in quantity!”
