“Great mirror though heavier than I naively expected. Sensor won’t work if mirror situated above tiles unless distance in installation instructions is adhered to. As most people have tiles behind their sink this makes the mirror quite high and if you’re small like me renders most of the mirror unusable. After speaking to very helpful customer service we disconnected the sensor so the lights come on with the main bathroom pull switch. Not ideal but at least I can see myself now!
If mirror mounted landscape then sensor on the side and problem solved but hole in back for electric cable to come through is not in centre which then creates a different problem meaning mirror off set or chasing out of wall to bring cabling to correct place (if, like us, you are replacing an existing light/mirror and have existing cabling).
Love the mirror but didn’t envisage having so many problems putting it up, hope this helps.”
