“Made well, feels solid, works as expected. Good customer services, had a small bit broken they sent replacement quickly, without fuss. Wall brackets and cable attachment a bit tricky as unit fits flash to the wall and cable comes out of back.”
“I selected this cabinet after looking at Pebble Grey Website, Website photographs are inaccurate and very misleading. The installation fixings are visible when fitted to the wall.
When I selected this cabinet the photographs on PG website did not show this.
We then had to quickly go out and purchase a different cabinet that did not have the fixings visible as this would have spoilt our new bathroom.
Our bathroom refit has taken 3 weeks to do and this would have been one of the final pieces of furniture to be fitted.
I attempted to return the cabinet 3 weeks after the purchase date- my request was rejected. Customer Services very poor - no reply to my online email and when tried to telephone the helpline - no answer for 3 days - message said closed due to staff training.
Advised by customer Service that they could NOT accept a return even though the Website has inaccurate photographs - the item I received dose not look anything like the photographs.
See photographs from website attached. I was also told that even though I explained my genuine reasons for returning this inferior product that Pebble Grey NEVER make any exceptions to their 2 week returns policy. If you are ordering from this company seriously re-consider.”
