The downfall is the delivery person because they never once attempted to deliver to my address so Im always going out of my way plus my unpaid work time to collect every time I purchase from your company. Its a big problem and you should address this matter ASAP.. if not, Ill have to go to the competitor to purchase as they deliver directly to my address.”
