“I recently received my order of Hill’s Z/D and realised upon opening that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong product — I should have ordered Hill’s C/D instead. I contacted Pet Post, who advised me to apply for a return, which I did. I received confirmation that the return had been approved and followed the return instructions provided by Pet Post.
Several days later, my courier (ARAMEX) contacted me to advise they were unable to deliver the parcel as the return address provided by Pet Post was incorrect. After several phone calls to Pet Post, I finally obtained the correct address: Unit C1 / 23–107 Erskine Park NSW.
The return address Pet Post initially supplied was Returns Department – Pet Post, 68 Lockwood Road, Erskine Park NSW 2759, which was not valid.
As of today (28/10/2025), I still do not know whether my parcel has been successfully returned to Pet Post. This has been an extremely frustrating experience that could have been avoided with accurate return address information.”
