“The first order arrived and all was good. Then a randomly generated order 7 days later which they had no idea why it happened. After 13 days still no refund. Contacted them again and was told refund request didnt go through to our credit card system. Hopefully it works this time. Staff on message chat have been good to talk with, just a shame there are multiple glitches in the system which means we have to closely monitor everything. Hopefully these issues are identified and sorted quickly.”
“First time trying the Royal Canin Junior Giant Puppy food and we were quite surprised at the size of the biscuits. Our big pup of 9months is still adjusting to the size change and we are having to mix a few smaller size biscuits in.”
