“The Royal Canin was great as usual ! My cat loves it . The only problem was the delivery , they did not use the intercom as instructed or deliver to my door . They dump it with the Manager! The parcel is addressed to me not the Manager . It is only if Im not home that he is allowed to receive it .
I have complained to Australia Post numerous times ; although they say they have fixed the problem, they havent. If your company could complain to them on my behalf , it might carry more weight .”
