“I'm a huge fan of spice and have a hard time finding teas that live up to my tastebud's expectations. This one was a nice surprise in the ginger arena. The tea itself steeped up lighter than anticipated, but the ginger was just strong enough, and the maple/butterscotch was a nice undertone. I'll probably put in a little more black tea the next time I steep it to make the entire cup more robust, but the spice level was a winner for me!”
