“The first time I used this I thought it was like a gradual sort of sugar where you put it in a mesh tea ball and steep it with the tea, then keep using it till the rocks eventually wear down.
I was very wrong and had one much too sweet cup of tea, but since then I've used it properly and it's spectacular! I like it in fruity teas because it brings out those flavors more, but I'll even sometimes just drop a bit into a plain old supermarket black tea (which I drink two bags in one cup, for that morning caffeine, before switching to plumdeluxe fancy teas)”
