“This is a tea-pantry staple for me. So versatile- makes a fine brew by itself, but also enhances almost every other type of tea. The elderberry/mild raisin taste reminds me of my favorite black tea. So I add a 1/4 teaspoon to decaf teas or herbal teas when I can't drink caffeine but want that kind of taste.”
