“I was really wanting to love this tea as I love cinnamon teas. But I felt like it was missing something. The cinnamon was good, but I felt like it was missing something that would balance and bring out the cinnamon more.”
“I was excited to order this tea, as the Harney and Sons Cinnamon tea is a favorite of two of my family members and of our annual Thanksgiving guests. I do think it is a nice blend, but if you're looking for a Harney and Sons replacement, this isn't it. It doesn't have the punch and very strong cinnamon aroma that H&S has. It was fine, but was not a very memorable tea for our family and I did not end up ordering more.”
“I was super excited to get this one because I have an obsession with cinnamon tea. I got a tea flight sampler, and this was the first one I tried. It smelled nice in the bag, but not anything as strong as I expected. The first steep had hints of cinnamon, but the spice was so weak that it couldn't hold against the black tea. I don't know if I got a weak batch, but it wasn't anything like hot and spice that I anticipated. It was a very nice black tea with a little bit of cinnamon and orange flavor (both very light).”
“The Spice of Life Black Tea (Hot Cinnamon Spice) was wonderful. The smell of the tea reels you in for something good. My favorite teas are the black teas. I am not a fan of the fruity weaker teas. The cinnamon was just the right amount, not overpowering. The other spices were a perfect addition. I would order this tea again.”
