“I cold brewed this blend and it makes a very refreshing and tasty tea. No harshness or bitterness at all. The citrus flavor is just enough to make the tea stand out. The flavor doesn't clash with any of the food I had it with and I can't imagine that it would with anything. It's a great staple tea.”

“One of my very favorite PD teas. to me it is more of a black than a green tea; the green tea essence lightens it up a bit. The citrus notes complement but don't overwhelm the tea--it's very well balanced. The citrus notes are refreshing and not overly sweet (a good thing in my book). I add a small amount of honey when I make this tea.”
