“The rosemary definitely came through, with a hint of sweetness. It was difficult to brew this one at a strength I liked; experimentation is needed to find a balance between full flavor and overextraction. Nice fresh ingredients, but this one won't be one of my go-to teas since I prefer a fuller bodied brew. The aroma is very pleasant and the flavors are subtle.”

“I was happy to receive a sample of this, as it had sounded good, but was disappointed I couldn't taste the rosemary. Or chocolate, for that matter; the scent of the caramel extract predominates. I'm still weighing whether I'm a fan of caramel extract. But I did enjoy the tea overall, and may order more at some point.”
