“Vanilla and orange are 2 of my favorite flavors in tea, but neither flavor was very strong in this tea. I tasted a little more orange than vanilla, and I lost the orange and vanilla completely when I did a second steep.”
“This blend has to be my favorite cold brew. I had ordered a second bag by mistake before I tried the first and buy and I glad I did. It just need a little more orange flavors to it”
“My first Plum Deluxe tea, and I was super excited to try! I've made two pitchers cold brew. The first may have been too weak, and I used a tea strainer instead of just dropping in spoonfuls of loose tea. The second, I used more tea (about 4T to 2 quarts of water) and didn't use a strainer. After sitting in my fridge for 12 hours, the color was still pretty light, but I wanted to try anyway. I had to strain the tea using a fine mesh colander (messy and inconvenient) to get the tea leaves etc., out. The taste....well, it tastes like an iced black tea. I can't find any orange or cream - notes or otherwise. Don't get me wrong, it's still good tea and I'll drink it, but I was expecting something more flavorful.”
“I love this tea! I've only tried it hot and it's really good with a little bit of almond milk and some agave nectar. There is definitely a slight cream flavor and a mild orange taste that complements the black tea really well.”
