“The coconut flavor is not overly strong but with hot water you will get some oil extraction which are the coconut flakes announcing their presence. This tea pairs well with other nutty teas. I’ve tried Toasted Nut Brûlée and California Grey (an almond rooibos). I have also added lavender which was inspired by Coco-Lavender Chai. My basis is to think of a dessert and to put those tea flavors together. That is also a great way to use up less-than-a-teaspoon left samples.”
