“I was excited to get this tea- I love almond flavored tea and so does my daughter so I ordered some for her too. When I received the tea it had a different name- Herbal Autumn Chai- it had almond essence listed as the last ingredient, so it essentially had no almonds in it. I notified you that you had sent me the wrong tea. You replied back that sometimes you just pick a name from ingredients for the labels, the name doesn’t really mean anything. What?! If there’s an ingredient named in the label of course you expect it to be in the tea. This was really disappointing. If I can’t trust your tea to to have what’s on the label and in the description then I really don’t want to order from you.”
“I liked that this is caffeine free because sometimes I want chai as a night cap. The almond is a bit powerful for my liking, however I just experienced the second steep and and found it to be more spicy. If you enjoy the almond flavor you may not like the second brew. I’m looking forward to trying other chai blends PD offers and hope to find a favorite.”
