I put them in my ingenious steeping pot (also purchased from Plum that I have gifted to friends, and they have gifted to friends, etc.). These teas are my nightly dessert. Since I have to lower my sugar, and there is no added sugar, I can decide on a sweetener and how much of it. But honestly, these are so good, I rarely ever use a sweetener.
