“My apologies but having done this three times I believe over the years this past experience was really bad. I had purchased the battery and it never came to my house. Later I purchased again and was told that they would reimburse my CC since I had all the info they required. Shouldn't be that complicated, you either validate those that can order because you gave them a lifetime on the battery or not. Having to go through customer service for a code or get a reimbursement to me is ludicrous. It's a battery and it that's what I have to do moving forward it's likely I will just buy one on my own. Then when replacement is considered for the range finder why would I consider your brand?? Think about that. Plus all the people I talk with about it. FYI”
