“I recieved an NX9 slope 2.5 years ago as a gift. I am having trouble with it acquiring the target and registering the correct yardage. Coincidenatlly this occurred with the new battery. I Have reached out to customer service through email and phone messages many times to see what next steps can be including sending it back for repair. No reply from customer service at all after 10 messages and emails. Very disappointing. i would love to know why they won't return my emails and calls??”
