I've called UPS (your chosen shipper) and they said the product was sent back because the street delivery address was missing. “The actual build quality of the range finder is amazing but how much it will hold up over time is to be seen. Opened it and the device was scratched up all over the casing before I even used for a single round and it looks like it’s been used for months. Not worth the $”
“The magnet on the range finder does not work. It fell off my cart while I was on the green and banged it up. They say it’s durable but it’s not and I get that products may sometimes be defective and not always work, but I reached out to customer service and it’s been days since they responded to my first one and the second time I tried reaching out and still no response.”
