“I've used it now for about 5 or 6 rounds. It has definitely improved my approach shots on being more accurate with distance. It doesn't help with aiming the shot but at least they are pin high now. : ) I would recommend.”

“Below is the letter I wrote to the help desk 5 days ago regarding a new purchase, still no reply. Very disappointed.
The PrecisionPro NX7 I purchased has had a problem identifying its' target from the time I unboxed it. I initially thought this was user error although the instructions were very simple to follow so I decided to take it to the course to get aquatinted with its functionality. After a weeks worth of use I have concluded the issue is something other than user error.
Issues:
1) Range finder frequently identifies close or far targets at 6.0 or 6.7 yards continuously. The corrective action I took was to clean the lenses with the microfiber cloth provided with the product. Conclusion, no change.
2) This past Friday the product couldn't identify a target and would only display 4 underscore marks where the yardage would be displayed. Later in the round with no corrective action the product worked well for 2 holes but the remainder of the round either identified near and far targets at the specified range above or couldn't find the target and displayed the 4 underscore marks.
Pleas note, I have read the instruction multiple times, I am computer literate and always see the flashing flagstick on the left side of the viewing lens (second click of the power button). The frustrating thing is that the issues are intermittent and not constant. I am open to your' input, a product exchange or refund.
