NX9 SLOPE RANGEFINDER Reviews

4.7 Rating 1,026 Reviews
I recently got the NX9 Slope to serve as an upgrade from my Bushnell Tour V3. I wanted to get the slope function so I can train myself on the elevation effects and some upgraded optics from the V3 as well. I have really enjoyed the product so far. Even though I don't use a cart often, the magnet is also a very nice feature to have as well. I also think the carrying case is top notch. My only quibble is that - in my own preference - I wish the buttons had a bit more pressure required to depress. I would be somewhat concerned about accidentally changing the mode into slope while playing a tournament or something and not noticing due to how easily the buttons click. But the response time and ease of use is superb. I really enjoy the rangefinder and am quite happy with its addition to my bag.

Love this rangefinder. It fits my small hands, is easy to use and the slope feature is simple to turn on and off. I highly recommend!

Repeat after me...PLAY READY GOLF! Let's freaking GO people, we don't have all day, a rangefinder should be required equipment, don't be the clown who has to walk off everything and then break out a geometry lesson, that slow lane of life died out with long martini lunches and 4pm quitting times, we're all lucky to get a 2 or 4 hour window to squeeze 9 or 18 when we can and that includes the drive both ways and warm up, so if you are taking more than a minute to get a number and take a shot, then you are also the person plumb-bobbing 3 putts for double bogey and creating 4+ hour rounds, everyone hates you and wants you banned for life and sent to prison. Will it improve your score? No, you'll still suck, but as they say across the pond, "play well and play fast...play poorly, then play faster". Its a great company and product and at this price point and quality there are no excuses for not having it in the bag.

Have had the NX9 for a couple of weeks (8 rounds) now and love it. It's fast and accurate. Couldn't be more pleased.

I previously had a Precision pro NX7 slope model for the last three years. I recently purchased the new NX9 slope model. The buttons are a little more sensitive than the NX7. The weight seems to be an ounce or so lighter. The NX9 comes with a magnet to hold onto the golf cart. That I have not adjusted to yet. Sometimes you hit these ruts in the road or the fairways or the rough and it jars your senses loose. so it will take a little bit to get used to that. Afraid of losing it. The operation Is the same but it does acquire the target a little quicker than the previous model. I always compare the yardage to another golfers watch or phone. My yardage is the preferred choice over and over. I love the new battery compartment. Much, much easier to change the battery. Last but not least, precision pro gave me 30% off the new one when I traded my old one in. And they paid for the shipping !!! Awesome precision pro.
