“After using my new rangefinder a few times I noticed a small black spec in the lower right hand corner of the display. The spec in no way hampered the function of the rangefinder but was annoying because I knew it was there. I submitted a ticket on line to ask if I could do anything to eliminate the spec. I honestly never considered asking for a replacement.
I was contacted by the Precision Pro Customer Service Team within 24 hours. Eric and Jack asked me to verify my address and the serial number on the rangefinder which I did. After verifying the information I was notified that a replacement was on its way.
I was amazed at the response. No accusations, no blame, no questions, I didn’t have to send the defective rangefinder back for examination, no time on the course without a rangefinder, just an email explaining that my new rangefinder was on the way along with a shipping label to return the old one.
Thanks to Eric and Jack this entire process could not have been easier. Their actions have made me a Precision Pro customer for life.
By the way I am totally satisfied with Precision Pro NX 9 Slope. It totally works as advertised. In my opinion you can’t find a better functioning or priced rangefinder anywhere on the market.”
