“Plastic bunded tray arrived with a broken edge, most probably due to it not being packaged correctly. I couldn't return the tray as it was needed to complete a report following an Environment Agency visit.”

At Premier Storage and Office Solutions, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our products, and it's disappointing to learn that we fell short of these standards with the plastic bunded tray you received. The fact that the tray arrived with a broken edge and was not suitably packaged is concerning and not indicative of our usual quality standards, we are taking immediate steps to review and improve our packaging process to ensure that this issue does not recur.
