“Not Perfect But Good Customer Support More Than Makes Up For It I like that you are able to switch from 16 to 30 to 40 amps. The length of 30 feet is also just about perfect for switching between either of our plug-in vehicles inside our garage. My only gripe is that the connection to the vehicle charging point is too tight. I have to wiggle while pulling/pushing with some force. Sometimes I wonder if I pushed it in all the way. However, when I provided that feedback to the seller, they responded promptly and offered to replace my unit, which they did.”

“Better Than Expected! We received our charger today and put it to use straight away. Very pleased with the construction of this unit as it seems very solid. Now charging our Bolt LT at 31.2 amps and able to charge fully from empty overnight. Two thumbs up!”

“Exactly what you are looking for Great price! Works perfectly fine plugged into a splitter into my dryer 220 outlet. Charging my 2015 Leaf is much faster. The next level up charger may be faster but not fast enough to justify the expense. From a low battery to full charge takes about five hours. Completely acceptable.”

“Charges my 2018 Prius Prime in just over 2 hours. Fast charge is EXTREMELY important Adding a fast charger (240V) seems to be a huge part of hybrid vehicles, and the faster you can charge the better. In my case I went from getting about 700 miles per tank (120V charge) to over 1300 miles per tank (240V). Charging in two hours or less typically means I leave my house on a full charge. And as most of my runs into town are 25 miles or less there isn't any gas used. I just filled up after 21 days and had 1360 miles on the odometer, and the fill-up was 10.3 gallons. Before this charger I would only have a full charge once per day because it typically took over 6 hours. Installation is easy, add a 240V circuit breaker and a plug and you're set.”

“Grate product for the price It works better than expected. Does work way better and same quality as expensive ones.Very fast charger ,no need to spend 600 or more on a charger that does the same job.”

“Beat the others we tried with added features. I've tried a couple other chargers for our Fiat 500e, they were ok but the build quality just wasn't there and the plug was very hard to remove on one brand compared to the one that came with the vehicle. Really happy with the charger from Primecom for one, all the others had 24-25' cables, this one comes with a 30' cable and that made a big difference in parking the vehicle in the garage in relation to the outlet. This charger also has the ability to have it's amperage adjusted "excellent idea". When we need the car charged fast I can have it run at full power and the car charges in about 3.5hrs. But since we have solar I like to balance the amount of power it is pulling in relation to how much our solar system is putting out at mid day. We have a 9.3kWh system so it has plenty of juice but in the winter months it drops down. So with this charger all I have to do is adjust down the power and let it charge without going over our solar output, "I check this with the Solar Edge app". This charger is also feels sturdier in hand and the plug is not hard to pull out at all, just like our original Fiat charger. If you are looking for a portable charger I'd look strongly at this one, with the added benefit of being able to adjust the power it uses it makes it that much more versatile.”

“Works great with BMW i3 Works great with my 2016 BMW i3. Charges a lot faster that the standard 110v charger that came with the car. BMW app works the same as before. Good build quality, LED lights are helpful to see any errors and current status. make sure you get the plug that fits your specific wall outlet as 220-240v outlets are not all the same - glad to have found the version that fits mine.”

“Solid performer, excellent build, fast charging This charger looks and feels well built, very sturdy, and has a very precise and good connection to the car. I have a Chevy Bolt, and looks like it’s charging at about an average of 16 miles of range per hour. Love it. Great value. Will update this review if it fails to hold up, but so far so good.”
