“Solid performer, excellent build, fast charging This charger looks and feels well built, very sturdy, and has a very precise and good connection to the car. I have a Chevy Bolt, and looks like it’s charging at about an average of 16 miles of range per hour. Love it. Great value. Will update this review if it fails to hold up, but so far so good.”

“Charges my 2018 Prius Prime in just over 2 hours. Fast charge is EXTREMELY important Adding a fast charger (240V) seems to be a huge part of hybrid vehicles, and the faster you can charge the better. In my case I went from getting about 700 miles per tank (120V charge) to over 1300 miles per tank (240V). Charging in two hours or less typically means I leave my house on a full charge. And as most of my runs into town are 25 miles or less there isn't any gas used. I just filled up after 21 days and had 1360 miles on the odometer, and the fill-up was 10.3 gallons. Before this charger I would only have a full charge once per day because it typically took over 6 hours. Installation is easy, add a 240V circuit breaker and a plug and you're set.”

“Nice to not be on Level 1 any more I ordered the 30' 14-30P version so I could share my dryer outlet, since I wasn't yet to call an electrician out to add another circuit to my garage. The company seems to really care about you being happy, and love their approach to offing different lengths of cable by varying the pigtail length. On the J1772 side it is the standard length to the control box, and the on the 14-30 plug side they have a NEMA L6-30R & P inserted between the 14-30 and the control box, so however long they need to make, they can. I especially like this approach because I have a 14-30 splitter, one connected to my dryer, and one connected to the approx 5' 14-30P>L6-30R, and when I need to use the EVSE, I just connect the L6-30R & P together, and saves me from needing to go behind the dryer and always plugging in the heavier 14-30P. I've only had it a day, but love this approach, and so glad I can charge faster than my L1. I haven't found the J1772 connector to bind up or be hard to remove as other reviewers have mentioned, so not sure if this is a newer version, but it connects/disconnects with the same force as any commercial or my stock L1 charger does. This is a reputable brand, so I'm sure it will last, but have no doubt if I do end up having a problem that Primecom would try to resolve it.”

“Today I spoke with David who knew my case immediately and was able to resolve all of the questions that I had about the delivery and a small mixup that had occurred. So so far so good and I am hoping that the mixup will have resolved it and that I see the product on the date he promised.”
