“My item was shipped a bit late but when I called to check on the status, David updated me on the situation and was even nice enough to have the item upgraded to ship faster. I originally ordered the NEMA 14-30 adjustable amp but David informed me that 14-50 adaptor could be used in my instance because, due to popular demand, the neutral pin is removable on the NEMA 14-50 product so that I can use it for both NEMA 14-30 and 14-50 sockets. (just be sure to adjust the amps based how much the socket can put out). Overall I am very happy with the product and great customer service from David.”
