“have had a numbr of issue all around the fact that the data communication wire appears to lose connection with the car so it stops charging. I have talked to your support people and have been told the following:
- take the handle apart and use a hairdryer in it (this did not work)
- Was told to send in the wire and connector but it would have cost over $25 to send it through the mail and was not told that you would do anything different that the hair dryer.
It has now been three months since the last time this charger worked properly. Every time I plug it in it starts charging but within 5 minuted it stops. At that point I might be able to unplug/plug two times and it will start charging again, but beyond those two times it wont even START charging. I would not recomend this charger to friends.”
