“Ghost in itself is a pricey brand but it is on form with qaulity taste is bang on too , since trying the ghost Amino sour warheads heads else where, I thought I'd try this stack, I've gone for Welch's grape flavour amino (tastes amazing btw) and burn black label in same flavour the black label burn in itself is Ј38-Ј44 everywhere n the aminos are Ј32 so if you picking some of the more expensive suppliments as a combo in this stack it's well worth buying plus I had a free battles bites chucked into my box nice touch protein pick n mix I'll deffinatley be back.”

“I tried them all, all the big name brands. Discovered ghost from a user on tik tok. Thought I would give it a go, and wow! The taste is awesome, the packaging, the effects all fantastic. Its not cheap but where it says 1 to 2 scoops I use 1 in a 750ml bottle and thats plenty. Il get 40 servings where as other brands are a little cheaper but only get around 28 servings. Il definitely be sticking with ghost, wish I could make a subscription!”
