“Good product but the sour watermelons taste is not the best flavour. Product works best, like most other pump formulas, when you are fully hydrated.”

“Tried most pre-workouts but the Ghost Legend and Pump is now my go to supplements. Nice clean energy, good pumps and personally enjoy the flavour too. Just works really well for me and if anyone is yet to try these would defo recommend. 1 scoop of each and for me they work great. Also service from protein pick and mix is quick and seamless. The free sample of the protein pancake a nice touch too.”
