“I have both the blue raspberry and the grape flavours. Both are great, though my favourite is the grape. They mix well, have decent quantities of the good stuff and they don't have that nasty aftertaste lots of BCAA drinks too. I normally mix between a few different brands at a time for variety but since getting my first Ghost tub in the others are gathering dust in the cupboard. A full convert!”
