“This has really helped me to get pumped for the gym or any workouts, especially when i'm not exactly feeling it either. I can't have Caffeine and i'd rather not have any other stimulants such as taurine in my system either but I still need some form of energy when I need to graft. In the morning especially at 5:30 I can't eat because my stomach is fussy, but I still need to get energy, so I fill my bottle to 500ml and add one scoop, within half an hour my body is ready to go hit the weights. Also helps when I have a long bike ride ahead of me but i'm starting to feel drained, even when my legs are starting to feel sore I don't feel anything close to tired. I can not recommend this enough, amazing taste, texture and smell and perfect for anybody who doesn't want nasty stuff going into their body.”
